We offer pickup on selected brands from our partner warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane (pickup is only available on certain brands). To see if pickup is available on the item you are after, and to see the pickup location, please check under the sale countdown timer (see screenshot below to see where to find this) or scroll down to the shipping infographic at the end of the product description.
If you'd like to pick up your item, proceed as normal through the checkout, including entering your 'shipping address', and apply the coupon code listed under the countdown timer (see screenshot above of where to find this) which will remove the shipping fee and alert us that you'd like to collect it.
The exact address will be emailed to you once your purchase has come through. This is to protect the privacy of our partners who ship and store our products.
We generally require 1 Business Day to have the item ready for for pickup, however in some cases we can arrange pickup in a few hours if you give us a call on 0411099277 to arrange it beforehand.
